Anilox Rollers

Passion for Performance

Solid, single or double flanges. We offer top-quality roller cores to our customers up to Ø800 x 6000 mm with available hard chrome plating on sides and journals.

For more than 70 years, we are manufacturing ready-to-install roller solution for a variety of applications. As it is our ambition to develop and manufacture best possible products featuring outstanding performance data, we have gained a leading position within many industries. Today, we focus on the plastics industry and all related manufacturing and processing areas, setting constantly new industry standards and, of course, integrating technological trends such as IoT 4.0 for optimum customer benefit.

Rotogravure Rollers

Hollow or shafted type roller cores.

Flexo Cliché Rollers

Flexo Cliché Rollers are used in flexographic printing to transfer ink from the printing plate to the substrate. Screening lines help align the plate on to base. Available hard chrome plating.

Air Mandrels

Parallel or tapered surfaces get hard chrome plated and designed according to customer demand. Special valves on the surface support maximum air pressure.

Glue Application Rollers

Glue application rollers are tools used in various industries for applying adhesive or glue onto surfaces such as paper, cardboard, wood, or plastic. These rollers are various sizes and designs depending on the specific application requirements.

Anti Deflection Rollers

Anti-deflection rollers are used for different applications and feature a special double-shell structure. Deflection is suppressed, and uniform nipping is achieved by moving the supporting points of the outer shell from the ends to the center. Applications include nip, contact, lamination, impression, guiding and coating.

Inside Bearing Rollers

These rollers have a fixed centering axis and support on bearings inside.

Hard Chrome Plating

Hard chrome plating is a process in which a thin layer of chromium is electroplated onto a roller surface to improve its hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and overall durability. We plate and grind roller surface according to customer demands with a 120-150 μm final layer up to Rmax 0.2 roughness.

Rubber Coating

Rubber rollers are needed in different manufacturing processes such as printing, pressing, squeezing, conveying, sanding, grinding, embossing, feeding, cooling and so much more. Each application has specific roller requirements.

PFA + PTFE Coating

PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) and PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) are both types of fluoropolymer materials that are known for their excellent chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, and low friction characteristics. PFA is a type of fluoropolymer resin that is similar to PTFE but can be melt processed, making it easier to use in certain applications. PTFE is a non-melt processable resin that is often used for its non-stick properties in cookware and industrial applications.

Heat Transfer Rollers

In essence, these technical rollers all serve a similar purpose: to transfer heat energy onto or away from a web. Heat transfer rollers find applications in various industries today, notably in plastic extrusion lines and web converting processes. The primary criteria revolve around achieving minimal temperature variation and deflection on the roll body, depending on the demands of the machine and the purpose of the roller.
